Dates/Fees/Locations

The Breakers Cup will be held over two weekends:

Boys:

July 27th, 2012: Mandatory check in at Cruzio Works, downtown Santa Cruz. 877 Cedar Street #150, Santa Cruz, CA. (see map). There will be no Saturday morning check in.

July 28th & 29th, 2012: Game days, starting at 8:00 am.

Game locations for the Boys will be held at several Santa Cruz County area fields.  Tournament HQ will be at Cabrillo College, in Aptos, CA.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR THE BOYS IS JUNE 3RD, 2012

 

Girls:

August 3rd, 2012: Mandatory check in at Cruzio Works, downtown Santa Cruz. 877 Cedar Street #150, Santa Cruz, CA. (see map). There will be no Saturday morning check in.

August 4th & 5th, 2012: Game days, starting at 8:00 am.

Game locations for the Boys will be held at UCSC and Cabrillo College.  Tournament HQ will be at UCSC, in Santa Cruz, CA.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR THE GIRLS IS JUNE 10TH, 2012

 

Withdrawal from the Tournament & Refunds:

Once teams are notified of their acceptance, the team has one week from the notification of their acceptance, or by June 15th, whichever comes first, to withdraw from the tournament in order to receive a refund for their tournament entry fees (services fees will not be refunded.)
Once a the notification period expires and/or June 1st occurs, no refunds will be given to teams that withdraw from the tournament.

Fees for both Boys & Girls:

U9 – U11 (8v8 format) $550

U12+ (11v11 format) $700

Breakers Cup & medals will be awarded to 1st place teams in each age group.

Medals awarded to 2nd & 3rd place teams.

All players will receive a tournament pin.

All teams guaranteed a minimum of 3 games within two days.

Tournament T-Shirts will be available for sale at all sites.

 

Payment:

Teams may pay by check or credit card. If credit card is chosen for payment, a 2.75% service charge will be added to the registration fee.
